Our mobile barrel saunas are designed and built entirely in Wales by our in-house team.
Each sauna is handcrafted from start to finish, then mounted on a bespoke, IVA UK-tested trailer that we also manufacture ourselves using Welsh steel. This gives us full control over quality, safety and durability, from the sauna build to the chassis beneath it.
Designed for real-world use, our mobile saunas are built to handle transport, outdoor environments and regular operation while delivering a proper sauna experience wherever they're placed.

The sauna we built for Dawn Stalkers, now Hot 2 Cold Sauna Co Cardiff, became a standout part of their wellbeing community by the sea.
Dawn Stalkers is a vibrant outdoor swim group based at Penarth Seafront, where people join every morning to swim in the cold water and enjoy the connection and benefits that come from hot-cold therapy and shared wellness experiences.
Their trailer-mounted barrel sauna was commissioned to complement this ethos, offering a warm, relaxing space for swimmers and visitors after dawn dips and at events. Used again and again throughout the season, it enhanced their gatherings and became a comfortable refuge for community members to unwind together.
This custom 4.7m x 2.3m mobile barrel sauna is in operation in Yorkshire (Eagle Fire & Ice), where it has become the foundation of a new wellbeing venture shaped by a deeply personal journey.
Through loss, resilience and recovery, two people came together to create a space focused on healing, connection and shared experience.
Featuring a large half-moon window and a dedicated changing room, the sauna was mounted on a decked trailer with steps for easy access, combining comfort with practicality. We were proud to build this sauna and support the start of something meaningful.
